Cameras are rented in sets of five or ten. A good rule of thumb is one camera per table, plus a few extras for guests who are especially enthusiastic. For smaller gatherings, a set of five is usually plenty — for larger events, a set of ten ensures great coverage throughout the room.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks before your event to ensure availability and allow time for shipping. If your date is coming up fast, check our booking page for availability we'll do our best to accommodate.

We know events can get lively! We do ask that renters take reasonable care of the cameras during their event. In the event that a camera is broken or goes missing, the renter will be responsible for the replacement cost. We appreciate your understanding — it helps us keep the service running smoothly for everyone.
Once we receive your returned cameras, your full digital gallery will be ready within 48 hours. You'll get a download link sent straight to your phone.
